It depends on if you want to speak with a posh accent or not to be honest. The first pronunciations are how you would say them phonetically and how they are said by many, the second ones sound like us pompus English who like to put an r sound in words that dont need them lol.

Either is fine, you just need to decide which you like the sound of more when you say it.
