That's the same kind of logical fallacy implicit in your original post. It is also true that the vast, overwhelming majority of Muslims are not terrorists, and that is a better characterization of Muslims, particularly in the US.

It depends on how you define terrorism. Someone gets into a church, kills as many people as he wants, hoping to start a racial war, is it terrorism or not. Today if you scream Allah Akbar in a supermarket that enough would be an act of terror. If you have middle eastern features, there's a great chance to have a bullet pass through you.
