Has anyone found a comfortable position to SW on your phone?

I find as soon as I find a comfy spot, it doesn’t last more than a few minutes and then I have to rearrange myself or I’ll go numb. Anyone else have the same problem? Has anyone found a solution?
Any and all suggestions are welcome. There are no wrong answers.

Im usually on the sofa but I never really sit for more than a few minutes at a time. I’ll read a post or send a message and then I have to get up and do things for a few minutes and then I come back and sit down. Once in a while, I’ll sit up in bed and do it.

You have to lower it to type, is that a problem?
