Has anyone found a comfortable position to SW on your phone?

I find as soon as I find a comfy spot, it doesn’t last more than a few minutes and then I have to rearrange myself or I’ll go numb. Anyone else have the same problem? Has anyone found a solution?
Any and all suggestions are welcome. There are no wrong answers.

My butler holds it and swipes the SW pages for me while I drink wine and lounge on the divan.
