Has anyone found a comfortable position to SW on your phone?

I find as soon as I find a comfy spot, it doesn’t last more than a few minutes and then I have to rearrange myself or I’ll go numb. Anyone else have the same problem? Has anyone found a solution?
Any and all suggestions are welcome. There are no wrong answers.

I have a popsocket for my phone which helps. Phones are too big and uncomfortable for my tiny hands.

@Bleed Like how I feel when I watch the Olympics. Some of it I feel fully capable of doing, and even be good at. Some I would give it a try and I might surprise myself at how much I enjoy it. And some I’m like “I’ll
leave it to the professionals otherwise I could get hurt”
