New scam out there

Received recorded message, supposedly from IRS, on saturday. According to the message there is a problem with my tax return
The IRS doesn't call to leave a message, especially on Saturdays. They send ugly notices.
Anyone else get this

Similar ones appear in Britain, pretending to be either from H.N. Revenue & Customs (taxes), or from the TV Licensing Agency.

I wonder if the same gang is responsible, and just adapts the message to suit the nationality of the victims.

My phone does a pretty good job of blocking spam. I have not received this one. It sounds like a variation of past scams alleging to be from the IRS.

Lot of chancers trying it on either by phone or message apps.
If you find one report it to your service provider

When get them in Canada from the Canadian Revenue Agency saying you need to pay in itunes!

Nope. I block every number that tries to call my cell, unless I know who it is.
