New scam out there

Received recorded message, supposedly from IRS, on saturday. According to the message there is a problem with my tax return
The IRS doesn't call to leave a message, especially on Saturdays. They send ugly notices.
Anyone else get this

Similar ones appear in Britain, pretending to be either from H.N. Revenue & Customs (taxes), or from the TV Licensing Agency.

I wonder if the same gang is responsible, and just adapts the message to suit the nationality of the victims.
