Camp Lejeune spam

Anyone here getting them?
I am in Australia, why would I be getting these spam emails about compensation for water contamination when I have no affiliation with such a camp?
Seems that g mail is not doing enough to stop these reprobates.

Every spammer caught should lose all their estate.
They are trying to steal from people, stuff them.
