Did you hear, click to cancel is blocked

So basically when you sign up for a subscription, Netflix, Sirius XM, Amazon prime, etc. well this click to cancel would have made it so that it's as easy to cancel as it is to sign up.

Figures this would get blocked, can't make anything easy for us right?

I signed up for STARZ on the 99 cent deal, and it was easy to cancel. I just went to my subscription page, clicked, and it was cancelled.

The reason these are so cheap is there is usually only one movie worth watching on the entire channel.

@4meAndyou when my brother had his Sirius XM subscription, he said he had to jump though 6 hoops to finally cancel.

He said he won't ever go back just because of how hard it was to cancel and this law or mandate or whatever it was, would have made it so like your STARZ subscription, the cancel button is right there and there's none of this, "yeah but if you stay with us we'll give you 3 months free!"

No, I want to cancel. And these people throw a million rebuttals at you so you don't cancel. That in itself should be illegal in my opinion. If I say, cancel my subscription, the person on the phone should say, okay done.

Cancel doesn't mean, give me 3 months free and I'll stay. Like seriously, what kind of business practices are these???

@twiigss When I purchased the two months of STARZ for 99 cents, it was on the Amazon Prime website...so maybe that's the difference.

@WillaKissing ONE good movie. The rest was dreck or old, old movies I saw years ago. I watched Flight Risk, looked for another movie...and then canceled.
