Sometimes I wonder what turns people into internet instigators/bullies/trolls.

I read a psychology article a few years ago that said celebrities don't become vain from being celebrities. They are vain in the first place. That's why they seek out and strive to become celebrities. Same applies here.

The answer is other instigators, bullies, and trolls.
