@Virgo79 I knew my Paternal Great Grandparents, they were the coolest people, ever, I was born on their 45th wedding anniversary, one of their neighbors was Smitty Smith, the drummer for Paul Revere and the Raiders, his niece lived with him and babysat my older brothers and myself when I was about 2 1/2 years old at their house, she told me when I was 15 years old that at that time I loved to beat on Smitty's kit he used for concerts, which is seen in this video...

@Musicman I'm guessing he was probably thinking he would eventually teach me on the same kit, letting me familiarize on it.

@Musicman It would have been, if it weren't for my mother's big mouth. I don't know the details, but apparently she started one of her infamous neighbor fights, we were forced to move and Smitty's niece never babysat us again.
