Bought a book about improving your vocabulary in 30 days...It has 30 pages - one for each day of the program...

at the top of Page 1 was the instruction to "give up cursing for the next thirty days"

and, of course, the first words out of my mouth were "ah hell naw"

and at the bottom of the page was the following notation:
"try your reponse again without cursing"

this is going to be a long effing month.

can't wait for Day Two!
