What are some benefits of getting older?
I appreciate my friends more, I cherish time and don’t waste it, sex is rare yet better, peace of mind, knowing what I want and going for it

You don't have people trying to tell you how to live your life.
You don't have people trying to sell you as many lies.
The Kids are raised and out of the house, well except for those people who make the wise choice to get pregnant in their 40's.
You know better than to waste time on pursuits that are never going to benefit. Like trying to 4ss-nose one's way up the corporate ladder.
You don't feel the need to prove yourself like when you are young.
You have seen "the end of the world" enough times that it doesn't phase you when they invent a new ailment, war, rapture, natural disaster, etc that we are suppose to be afraid of.
Dating and "intimacy" become something we can "take it or leave it".
More wisdom. I mean OBVIOUSLY we are not as wise as a 20 something year old who knows it all, but we do our best. 😄
