Older women of SW - what’s your best hygiene tip for younger women?

@tobynshorty I'm fully convinced that literally every feminine hygiene product was invented as part of an ongoing subtle attempt to get women ashamed of their bodies in order to "keep them in their place". It's a proven fact that if you keep people insecure in themselves, they are easier to control.
