Give me some advice and inspiration to stay off my phone

I use my desk top computer here, maybe try a laptop or tablet. Heck my cell is just a phonebook and camera to me. But to each their own poison I say, and I have no advice to give you.

@Nebula I have access to those via my desktop, but hey it's your life do as you please. I choose not to have my phone as my electronic leash to the world myself.
