Geesus. Honestly my that sounds exactly like our household when i was a kid. The youngest of 6. Parents loved me but fought ALOT. Proper fights too. You are afraid but dont think its abnormal as a young child. I remember my brother Tony used to scruff me out of the way when punches. Tables. Sauce bottles etc went flying. I think of little children who face this without knowledge and want to knock some peoples teeth out. I need a walk. Thats very deep and real for millions around the world. God bless you and all the children brought up in dysfunction

@DeluxedEdition Absolutely my pleasure. I think the strong one here is you tbf. I could have never have been so deep and real at your age. Bravo to you for being so aware so young. 👏 I truly wish you go on to break that mould. It seems you already have or are still in the process of learning. And thats exactly what helps to heal us. I should thank you for such a post. It hit home the minute i clicked on the vid. Thankfully my kids have had it so much better as dysfunction can breed again and again through generations and it seems you are the one the knock the chaos youve experienced down a peg or 2. I wish you so well in your future.

I completely identify with this. It is wonderful. Thank you for making it and posting it here. You are very strong and brave for sharing what you have been through. It really helps others who have been through similar trauma, and if some of them find their way to Yeshua, this is a real blessing too. 🤗

If it takes saving on a daily basis, then so be it. So long as we call out. I don't claim to be no saint but yeah realistically, this is often the case with us sinners. Keep on keepin' on. 👍

I learned that despite my family making me feel like crap I did matter. Somebody loved me so much he knitted me together because he thought the world despite having beautiful oceans, glorious sunsets, the glittery stars that fill the night sky, and mountains needed one of me too
So now that chapter of my life is over. I used to think it would never come. I’m an adult now. I have two beautiful children. And now we get to live happy beautiful lives.
There is something very healing about raising two beautiful happy children by giving them the life I do desperately wanted without alcohol, poverty, untreated mental illness and abuse. ♥
