The more extraordinary something is, the harder you have to work for it to obtain it. I like the things I have built up in my life so far, but I’m also quite demanding. I would be unhappy if there wasn’t any more progress in the future, but the difficulty level to realize that now also increases.

@kimmy159 and then that goes into the fear of success syndrome where you don't want to have to keep challenging yourself, or something like that. Just do what you need to do and what makes you feel whole, or what you feel is right. Forget about anyone's expectations, including yourself.

@Fullmetal @atlantic59 I often feel like I’m at crossroads in my life. I aim for success and put my expectations probably too high. I’m just not sure how to accomplish the next step. Or maybe I should say, I know how to, but it’s not realistic in my day to day life, responsibilities and energy levels. Change can be, but is not always progress, but sometimes it’s a necessary in-between step the way I see it to keep your own sanity ;p
