@Sidewinder I empathize with you greatly. At times, it's a perpetual mental hell. I have a post about it. For me, I've been like this since childhood, but it doesn't get any easier with age. I'm convinced it's due to my INFJ personality type. Finding out I was one answered many why's & how's, so I now better understand myself/patterns. Are you one by chance?
