How do you know if you're ugly?

Haven't been with a woman in years that's not a good sign. I don't want a girlfriend or sex or anything like that but sometimes it would be nice to sleep next to someone.

I know I’m ugly because my psychiatrist makes me lie face down.

But I already had a clue because when I was a kid, I was only allowed to trick or treat by phone.
