I Am Not the Person I Used to Be

Years of rejection, being abused, used, misunderstood and coldly dismissed do that even to the most positive person. It's left me in a kind of purgatory between bitterness and determination.

Of course, I've also moved forward in a good manner. I'm more emphatic, cultured, wise to the world.
