Pfizer - it's the most studied and it's been shown to be fairly effective against Covid variants alpha, beta, gamma, & delta - the main variants of concern. After that I'd take Moderna - probably identical to Pfizer but not as much has been produced or studied. After that, any western nation two dose vaccine.
The ones to avoid: China & Russia vaccines. Both countries have had to have shutdowns of vaccinated cities to control outbreaks - proof their homegrown vaccines aren't effective enough.
