What really bothers me is people like therapists or councilors will tell you to let it out don't be ashamed ,don't feel guilty .The abusers tell you never speak of it ,keep it inside ,people won't believe you or will blame you or use it to hurt you The abusers are right sadly. The only safe place is a place of silence.
