At the point of death we apparently lose 21 grams
So the film says and there is truth in it
The wiegth of a chocolate bar
The weight of a humming bird
The weight of a few coins.
My weight was a bottle of wine.

Sadly a terribly constructed study. There is no changed apart from expelled gasses and such.
