I called to make an appointment for a technician for a refrigerator problem and the woman making the appointment said she needed to talk to an adult.

I can assure you, I don't have a high-pitched voice. I became annoyed at the suggestion and could barely contain my anger. She then complained that I was talking too low. The whole call was infuriating.
