I remember when I was a goth kid in the 90s, I used to go to the mall

And meet random other goths there. I didn't know them personally, but we all recognized that we were the outcasts (rememberbeing goth was not so accepted back then), so we would just gravitate toward each other and hang out til our parents picked us up. 😆 Once one of them gave me a menthol cigarette and that's the first time I'd ever had one. Did NOT like.

Another time, I'd purchased a little hamster from the pet shop and was carrying it with me in its little box, and one of the goth dudes kept asking if he could hold it. Well I didn't know these people, so I said no. I didn't want to risk my poor little hamster's well being in the hands of a stranger! (But funny how I trusted them with my own life lmao)

I wouldn't give a goth anything living in the 90s Satanism was a thing back then and they might sacrifice it.

@Lostpoet well we were at a mall so he couldn't have sacrificed it right then and there, but yeah my fear was " what if he takes off running with it and I can't catch him?".

@DearAmbellina2113 yep, that would be my fear too.
