A Love Letter with No Distractions

Dearest Forever,

I cannot begin to explain the feelings that course throughout my entire being.
The amazement. The wonderment. The Love.
The feelings caused only by you.
Feelings of forever. Feelings overwhelmingly simple and so critical to the All of Me.
As too often is the case, I find myself struggling to properly place my words into sentences to describe the effect you have on me. The grand, amazing effects.
Raccoons shall learn to fly before I ever find words wonderful enough to capture the soaring of my heart and the filling of my soul...

To see your eye's as we did meet
To hold you close and feel you breathe
And long before we took our seats
My heart was all aflutter

We talked as if no time had passed
But both agreed that history lasts
Answers given to questions asked
Curtains gone; Open Shutters

Inside the windows to our souls
The look of love that can't grow old
As new as the dawn on hold
Freed from all our clutter

I really did appreciate you and today.
My love for you never dimmed and only ever grew there in that darker place of longing.
Today within the light of you, I felt it blossom.
Like a Cherry Blossom in late Springtime did my heart explode into color.

I'm thankful to have this opportunity to hold you in my heart and to let you feel my love.
To become the last safe place, you'll ever need.
As we walk in perpetuity ~ Hand in Hand as if we're walking down some woodland trail.
