I am realizing something about comfort

That there is a threshold about it, a sweet balance.
Too little and my heart aches, as if I need more protection and love.
Too much and my spirit aches, it becomes smothered, suffocated.

Another part of the life balance. You need the comfort for rest and renewal but need to be outside the comfort to gain knowledge and grow.

@Boeing I tend to try things that often make me uncomfortable just for the experience...I think at times we often need an external force to kick us out of our comfort zones... It's then that we grow and learn... My thoughts anyway lol
