@dancingtongue lol true but it's a newer house and it's a good house. And I put a good amount down on it so it will be ours sooner than later

@Cigarguy101 Congrats, then. Particularly if it is a first time purchase. Didn't mean to be a downer; just wanted to temper reality. I remember the elation of buying my first home. Then mortgage rates fell a half percent the following day -- all the way to 7% -- and I began second guessing the jubilation.
