Most important email I have ever gotten in a long time

Congratulations everything is approved and good to go. The closing date on your house is June 30th and you officially take ownership on July 1st.

Time to celebrate guys. I will see you in the office Friday. Bring a pen or two. You got a little bit of paper work to sign.

So it's official ours. Joel and I got a house together.

@4meAndyou me too. We're going to let her pick the color of her bedroom and get it painted before we move in. Her room will be a lot bigger and I'm going to put the closing hinge on her door so it will always close. The only issue is the fireplace. But she seems to like the electric fireplace we got. We'll be using it all week to help her adjust
