My house is 60+ years old, I'm the second owner, and I don't think the previous owners updated anything since the late 70's.

My apartment has peeling popcorn ceilings in the bathroom, and all the kitchen cabinets have the wood veneer peeling off at the edges.

There are a number of things. I have been ignoring things for the past two years and I now have a list of things to be replaced. hahaha

well according to the insurance companies, my 16 yr old roof needs replacing. and then next my kitchen

Nothing really, but we're getting a new couch anyways. 🤷‍♂️

I’d love to have the carpet removed and tile floors put in, the kind of tile that looks like wood.

Nothing…. I like my home the way it is…

Afterten years of being built, the settling has caused some cracks and screw-pops in the drywall. I will need to get the whole house touched up and repainted. Ka-ching Ka-Ching. $$$

I need a new kitchen, I don’t want to replace it just yet, I’d like to move it downstairs, knock walls down and open plan it.

The roof. Because of all the rain and snow we've been having lately, my living room has become depressed. It "cries" a lot and has started putting on extra weight. (I either need a new roof or a good drywall therapist.)
