I Finally Broke Down and Turned On The Heat….

The Temperature was 65F. On the thermostat and I set the heat to 67F. Didn’t want my joints to swell in my hands and feet especially. It’s been windy all day and in the 30’s so I guess it is time. Picked up the boy from school because the school texted and said the buses would be 45 minutes late and made him cocoa when we got home. Chicken soup for dinner cooking on the stove. Will be baking other foods later.

That is one lucky boy! It's 68 outside, here, and I have the slider wide open.

@4meAndyou 68 F. Outside with no wind feels good, in the house it seems cool. But I can sleep a lot better at 67-68 than I can at 70-75F.

@cherokeepatti Wow...I can REALLY relate to that. I didn't sleep well last night because of the muggy heat. My indoor thermometer is still reading 79 degrees!

@4meAndyou need to get the humidity level lower

@cherokeepatti I've taken the air conditioner out of the window already, and it's tucked in the corner...so...no way to fight it. After today, thank goodness, the temperature will go back down to the 50's during the day and we will even get below freezing at night.
