I cannot get the piss smell out of my Mom’s house 😭

I have painted, scrubbed, steamed, the air ducts have been cleaned and encapsulated but it still smells like piss 😭

She died two years ago and her husband and his gf, who he moved into mom’s house while she was in hospice, lived here and I don’t understand how they smelled it up sooo bad.
