Rental payment system changed

3 weeks ago my rent was increased by 8%.
This week the payment agency was changed. To try and ensue the changeover goes smoothly I on line chatted with the new agency.
First I had to wait 25 minutes to be connected - You are next in line - then the process took 35 minutes.
Now I have to wait 2 days to see if everything is set up correctly.
