Rental payment system changed

3 weeks ago my rent was increased by 8%.
This week the payment agency was changed. To try and ensue the changeover goes smoothly I on line chatted with the new agency.
First I had to wait 25 minutes to be connected - You are next in line - then the process took 35 minutes.
Now I have to wait 2 days to see if everything is set up correctly.

@Vivaci Thank you. As it is, this process saw me make a double payment, which amounted to almost $1000. So I am at least paid up for 1 month, if everything is as it should be.
