Apartment, it's the cheapest one and is much easier to take care of than a house.

@SW-User Are you sure it's not a location thing (as in, the apartments being closer in to places of work)? IDK, I'm speaking from a position of ignorance anyway.

@BlueVeins Yes. Where I am apartments are just more expensive. I could get a house right next door to an apartment complex and pay several hundred dollars less. But, that's just the state I currently live in. In other states apartments are usually closer to everything and generally cheaper.
