@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I sleep on my side, so sometimes I will sleep on two pillows, have one at my back, and hold one in front of me. I get the occasional neck kink; however, my shoulder has been hurting far too long.

I have a special pillow with a cut out for the shoulder - I added some feathers to make it softer.

@iamnikki well on that web page at the bottom they have some other designs - "TUNNEL ON THE BOTTOM ?" wont that cut off your arm circulation if your weight is pressed on it all night ?

Yes I sleep on one pillow at a time. I have two memory foam pillows next to each other, double bed all to myself. Definitely only need to rest head on one pillow with memory foam.
I sleep without one.
