Can you sleep on just one pillow?

I usually sleep on at least three pillows, but my shoulder has been hurting for over a week. I think that maybe my head is at too high of an incline when I sleep. 😫

I have a special pillow with a cut out for the shoulder - I added some feathers to make it softer.

@iamnikki well on that web page at the bottom they have some other designs - "TUNNEL ON THE BOTTOM ?" wont that cut off your arm circulation if your weight is pressed on it all night ?
