Do you switch off media/electricity before you have a nap during the day or leave the house?

It’s drilled into me to shut things off when I’m not in the room or using something but I’m guilty of leaving animal planet on for my cats when I leave the house. 😳

I don't turn off the electricity. I turn off all the appliances, including media, at the power points, except the fridge & freezer, when I leave the house.

I turn off all powerpoints except the fridge at night and when I go out.
