What's your opinion on housewives going on vacation?

She takes care of the house, the groceries, budgets the expenses, and watches over the children. She gets exhausted just as much as the husband so it's not a problem to take a vacation. I also agree with what Kiriko said. Once married what's yours is hers, and vice versa.

i always married/lived with women who worked at least 40 hrs a week, so i guess they werent technically a housewife, although they did their fair share of the laundry. we vacationed together, so, it really wasnt an issue. and if she needed girl time, that was fine, cause it gave me more time to go fishing. LOL

I'm not sure I fully understand the question….I work a job and my wife no longer does, and there has been a few occasions where she went on a vacation with her family and I couldn't go because I couldn't get the time off. I didn't mind that and it wasn't a problem...she needs to get away to enjoy herself occasionally too, and I wouldn't dream of taking a vacation myself without including her.
