Do you have a routine when you get in to bed each night?

For me, I lie on my back for 2 minutes 30, then onto my left side for 5 minutes, then roll back over on my back, where after 4 minutes 20, I nod off. No hanky panky and stuff though ;-) How would one get to sleep with that stuff going on.

Bedtime routine: We undress and get into bed. We kiss and hold each other for a few minutes and tell each other how much we love each other. Sometimes we make love, most of the time we don't. I roll over and drift off to sleep, she reads for a little while then turns off the table lamp and goes to sleep. It might sound mundane and boring to some people, but it's pure heaven to me.😉
