but you read some negative reviews about that town....

How many different negative reviews from different people would it take you to start to worry about that town?

Or get nervous about moving there?

My #1 worry would be affordability. All towns have a bad/good side. If you can move there and succeed? I would go.

Rather than the number, the matter of the reviews would bother me and then the kind of the review like hospitality, haunted, traffic, expensive or cheap etc
