Does the size of your Christmas tree mean you are compensating for something?
My xmas tree is a little one - itty bitty 'tree' of plastic fakery that's about 50 cm tall.
Doesn't have any 'star' at the top, it does have simple single-colour (white) LED lighting running off a battery (when I choose to switch it on).
Some people have humungous fake christmas trees that are 2/3/4/5 metres tall depending how rich they are and how big their house is inside.
My issue with 'trees' is that after christmas they have to be packed away and that means lots of storage space for fake 'tree' and all the decorations (aussie homes don't generally have a basement or an attic) so tiny 'tree' goes into tiny box and shoved in a storage space.
