Do you have a Christmas breakfast?

We never really did one. I'd have a piece of toast to hold me until the dinner during the late afternoon. But a Christmas breakfast sounds wonderful.

Bagels and smoked salmon! Cream cheese and whitefish salad available for those who prefer those toppings.

@ElwoodBlues That is a great idea.

@ElwoodBlues Okay with that apart from the bagels. Just can't understand the appeal. They always taste, and feel, like they're stale.
@22Michelle Bagels are sort of tough like a good sourdough crust; I guess not everybody likes tough baked items. There's a Jewish bagel bakery a short walk from our house; in the mornings we often get them hot from the oven. I don't know if they'll be open Xmas morning, but fresh bagels bagged overnight are still pretty fresh.

@JimboSaturn I've tried them in the USA and they just don't work for me.
