Never. 8-) Seriously, Businesses plan for all these various 'holiday seasons' 12 to 24 months in advance.
China can only pump out so much junk so fast. lol
For the rest of us, once a festive event is over the focus immediately shifts to the next one. Probably due to how commercialised such things have become.
