What's the most shocking Christmas gift did you receive?

Today, my boss told me to check my email via chat.

Well, the company didn't care about the holiday spirit.

They sent me a letter to sign which briefly explained that they're ending my contract earlier on the second week of January.

They could have done it after the New Year, like January 2, right?

My contract is supposed to expire on February 16.

@4meAndyou It's okay. Just shocked that they can do this abruptly on Christmas day to say the least. I was waiting for it to happen in January and I already lost my motivation since November due to the company's system. I still have a part-time job where I can log-in anytime and make it full time.

@4meAndyou Yep, I just tried this WFH corporate job to see the business again with people around. Soon, I'll be confined again to my solitary work full time!
