There was a raffle today at work for a gift card for Christmas

And I told all of my coworkers that I was going to go sit up there because I knew I was going to win it. We all participated we had to choose a number.

I knew because here's a little secret I learned about life through studying philosophy and esoteric stuff and just observing. Obviously I am a Christian I believe Jesus Christ is our Lord and savior and died for our salvation. I believe in Jehovah / Yahweh is the creator whom created us in his likeness

All I'm saying is there are unspoken laws to the universe we live in. The universe is always trying to reach a state of equilibrium. The energy always has to balance itself out. There's a reason but I'm not writing an entire novel rn it's just not necessary 😂

Anyways when you do an excess of good or bad things in life you disrupt the balance of equilibrium. Therefore you will receive abundance or turmoil. Imo you pay for all of the energy you put out in the world whether it's good or bad. The reason is it helps you self reflect on your wrong doings and hopefully change your course of action for your own betterment

I do a lot of good in excess without wanting anything in return. I don't sell my goods I donate them. I always donate to charities when I get asked. I do good just because it's good. I do good because I love God and I want to do right by Him because it strengthens our bond. Therefore I get blessed with everything I want and need.

For example remember my last post about my neighbor giving me all that food? She's been giving me food for the past three days. Little did you guys know I actually helped her get out of domestic violence. I did it by leading her to water and she chose to drink. I did it by being completely honest as hard as it was. She was sobbing and crying and I delivering the cold hard truth and told her she knew what it was that she needed to do

Now she obviously is grateful for what I did for her and not only considers me her friend but thinks about me when she's out getting food to the point where she gives me so much that I actually won't have to spend a lot of money on groceries this month

Anyway sorry about this being a novel it wasnt supposed to be lmao I ramble

Basically THATS why I knew I was going to get the gift card. Don't do things because you want blessings. That is disingenuous. Do good because it's good. Be the light in this dark world

Once I gave away a bag of clothes and received three similar in size making my wardrobe grow two times as much

I'm not bragging but I do find this concept interesting and TRUE. I'm living proof. There's an entire book about it called the " luck factor "

Also I did in fact win. Myself and one of my close friends at the job won gift cards to whatever restaurant of our choice 😄🙂
When I won I went back to my unit and showed all my coworkers and said "told you I was going to win"

They all looked shocked haha 😂

My close friend who won is also a giver. She even told me if you give to those in need God will always take care of you
