Having my cookout today

I am off tomorrow, but I’ll enjoy it better knowing that I don’t have to go in to work in the morning. Specially, when my start time is 4 AM.

@Coralmist cheeseburgers chicken on the grill. Hot dogs. Barbecue chicken. We have pasta salad. We have some brownies and some cake. Two neighbors down the street have added some of it. Sausage on the grill.

had a brisket in the smoker, corn on the cob, baked beans and the first of the season watermelon

@saragoodtimes sounds like you had a wonderful day today I'm still laughing that i was a whole week early thinking last Monday was the holiday i smoked all that food i did brisket a whole chicken, ribs, corn and sausage all last Monday because i was so tired and sleep deprived i was a week early, so tomorrow i'm not cooking again. Today i smoked wings and shrimp enough for leftovers for tomorrow. I just plan on relaxing tomorrow.
