When do you usually start Christmas/holiday shopping?

I've been collecting all year, here and there, when I find a good sale. I'm nearly done. The last things on my list are a few gift cards, and to knit about 4 throws. I already have the yarn - I'll be starting next in on them next week.

I usually start in July, been a single mom most of my kids lives so money was always tight, spreading out the spending helped.

I know the feeling about being tight on money. I do my shopping year round. So it's not such a hard hit

I have already ordered one and next month I will finish.
