I've done basically all of it except the bases and the varnish spray. I ended up doing some gap filling on the bases of mounted Imrahil and the Uruk-Hai to make texturing easier, but I have to wait at least 24 hours before I can do anything to them, so I'm just going to call it a day until I get back.
