I originally repainted the plume on top og his helmet and the handle of his sword to bring them into line with my new standardised colour scheme, then decided to repaint him in those colours to test how well it works. I didn't redo his skin or the magic orb thing attached to his hand - the skin is just the way I always do it, and the orb I'm just too lazy to do lol
@HootyTheNightOwl Well when I have no customers there isn't really much else to do. Plus this repaint took me about 2 hours total up to that point, including drying times.
I've worked retail, I know that there's only so many times that you can pretend to be busy doing tidy-up and restocking when it's dead before it looks obvious that you've done all there was to do and now you're just shifting the products about just to look like you're doing something.
I'd rather see you doing something that involves interacting with the product like that than pretending to be "tidying up". At least you are still on brand and if any customers were to walk in with questions you could still answer them easily enough.
